Our scheduling and current openings depend on the availability of our instructors, and the number of instructors assigned to each pool location is limited. Some of our instructors are also students, so their availability may vary throughout the year. As a result, available lesson times may change from one season or quarter to another. Rest assured, we carefully plan our schedules and do our best to accommodate all families. As long as an instructor is available on your preferred days and times, we will work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.

After you confirm and we finalize your lesson schedule, we will send you step-by-step instructions to set up your Pike13 account.
Pike13 is the system we use to manage all lesson schedules and payments. Through Pike13, you will add your credit card for secure payment. You will see a separate bill in the system—Learn 2 Swim LLC handles the charges, and your card will be charged within 24 hours after your first lesson. Please note, we only accept credit card payments through Pike13.

Once we receive your registration, we will send you a welcome email containing the details of your plan and any information we need from you.
After you provide all required information, we will prepare a Therapeutic Aquatics Request that you will submit for plan approval.
Once your plan is approved, please notify us so we can begin scheduling lessons based on the number of approved sessions and available funds.
After scheduling is confirmed, we will create an invoice. Invoices are prepared quarterly to ensure advance payment is received. You may submit this invoice to your vendor to avoid delays in payment.
Once the invoice is successfully submitted, we will receive the payment via check and notify you upon receipt.
