Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our swimming lessons or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Learn 2 Swim LLC offers swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities, including private and group lessons. We may also provide related services and products as outlined on our website.

Registration and Payment

• Registration: To participate in our lessons, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You agree to keep your information up to date.
• Payment: All fees for lessons must be paid in advance. Payment methods accepted at this time include Venmo, check payable to Learn 2 Swim LLC, or cash. By making a payment, you agree to our pricing structure and refund policy.

Cancellation & Missed Lesson Policy
Important: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson/session time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window require a valid and acceptable reason to avoid out-of-pocket cancellation fees.

• Regular Swim Lessons (Standard Clients)
  Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows without a valid/acceptable reason will be charged a $16.50 cancellation fee per missed lesson.
• Family Directed Services (FDS) Clients
  Per state guidelines, FDS/Medicaid funds cannot be billed for missed appointments or late cancellations. Any session cancelled within 24 hours (or no-show) without a valid/acceptable reason must be paid out of pocket at $26.50 per missed session by the parent/guardian.
• Grand Targhee Location
  Late cancellations or missed lessons without a valid/acceptable reason will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% (half price) of a single lesson rate.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by Learn 2 Swim LLC and instructors. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a lesson for unsafe behavior or failure to comply with our rules.

Liability Waiver

By participating in our lessons, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the inherent risks associated with swimming and agree to hold Learn 2 Swim LLC harmless from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during lessons.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Learn 2 Swim LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Learn 2 Swim LLC regarding scheduling, reminders, and updates.
