We accept credit card payments only. Once your schedule is confirmed, we will send you step-by-step instructions on how to set up your Pike13 account. Pike13 is the secure system we use to manage lesson schedules and payments. You’ll be guided on how to add your credit card details directly into the system.

Payment is due at the time of service. After registration, you will be asked to enter a credit card into your Pike13 account. Your card information is securely stored, and it will be charged within 24 hours after your lesson. Please note that our team does not have access to your credit card number or full account details.

Yes. Your information is safe with us. Learn 2 Swim LLC uses a secure, PCI-compliant payment system with advanced encryption to protect your personal and financial information, giving you peace of mind with every transaction.

Once your plan is approved and your schedule is confirmed, we will send you an invoice. You simply need to submit this invoice to your vendor for payment. We will notify you as soon as we receive the check.

We send invoices quarterly. Once we send the invoice, you may submit it immediately so we can receive the payment in advance for the quarter.

Once your schedule is confirmed, we will create an EPG invoice for you and provide a step-by-step guide on how to submit it.

We receive an email confirmation once the payment is approved, and the funds are automatically deposited into our account.
