Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our swimming lessons or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Learn 2 Swim LLC offers swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities, including private and group lessons. We may also provide related services and products as outlined on our website.

Registration and Payment

• Registration: To participate in our lessons, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You agree to keep your information up to date.
• Payment: All fees for lessons must be paid in advance. Payment methods accepted at this time include Venmo, check payable to Learn 2 Swim LLC, or cash.  By making a payment, you agree to our pricing structure and refund policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Once an individual lesson or session of six, 30-minute, private swimming lessons has been booked and paid for, you will not receive a refund.  Lessons can be transferred to another date or swim participant if needed.  
• You may cancel a scheduled lesson by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson are not eligible for a refund. There will be an additional charge of $15 plus any transaction fees to schedule a makeup lesson.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by Learn 2 Swim LLC and instructors. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a lesson for unsafe behavior or failure to comply with our rules.

Liability Waiver

By participating in our lessons, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the inherent risks associated with swimming and agree to hold Learn 2 Swim LLC harmless from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during lessons.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Learn 2 Swim LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County.
